High staff support ratios on all our services mean that now guests will benefit from a minimum 1:3 staff to guest support ratio. Any combination of support ratio that does not exceed 8 persons (i.e 6 guests and 2 staff maximum).

Private transport options are selected to maintain comfort and one-seat distancing from other passengers. Travel times are reduced to less than 90 mins between journey breaks. Seats are allocated and seat swapping is discouraged with regular cleaning and sanitation of surfaces.
